PROPERTY TYPES: Single family residences, condos and lots/land (with full infrastructure/utilities in place).

LOAN TYPES: Purchase, refinance, cash-out refinance, and construction-to-permanent. Please ask a representative about our new construction financing for individual condominium units (entire buiding/development DOES NOT HAVE TO BE COMPLETED)!

AREAS SERVED: All resort areas and larger cities. No geographical restrictions other than rural or low density communities. Primary areas served include Puerto Peñasco ("Rocky Point"), Puerto Vallarta, Cancun/Playa del Carmen/Cozumel, Cabo.

CREDIT: We can finance all U.S. and Canadian citizens with good credit. Please contact a representative for detailed credit requirements, or to prequalify.

TIME FRAME: Prequalifications issued same day (usually within an hour of receiving our completed prequalification form). Initial processing and underwriting of applications provided in-house. On average, closing possible approximately 45-90 days after formal approval (lender approval based on income, credit and all borrower and property documents present).
